Returns & Refunds Policy

At Resin Reimagined, each item is individually handcrafted with care. Because our resin products are handmade, every piece is unique and may have slight variations in colour, pattern, or small imperfections such as tiny bubbles. These natural characteristics are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom-made and personalised items are created specifically for you. For this reason, once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded unless the item is faulty or your rights under New Zealand consumer law require otherwise.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer laws. If a product fails to meet the guarantees required by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
